Stella Mushrooms Farm Biography
Stella Mushroom Farm was born two generations ago with a few broken tools. The Odato Dynasty progenitor, in a remote small town in South Italy, started playing in the field by growing small, basic mushrooms from old, discarded logs. The idea and the dream were huge, but the financial resources and other technology were nonexistent in those days.
Therefore, while the dream never died, the desire never ended. Although Grandpa’s dream was never put into practice, he was able to inspire his grandson Danny Odato, who, with a newly modernized mentality, multipotentiality, and entrepreneurial talent, together with his creativity, used his liberal idea and the newly advanced technology available to bring his grandfather’s dream to life in the US in the early 70s.
Danny Odato, the Founder and CEO of Stella Mushrooms Farm, being a deep expert in food and food safety concepts, is now able to offer consumers the world’s simplest, best, and healthiest natural product Mother Nature gives us, using simple techniques with absolutely no preservatives, no additives, no chemicals, no other elements but the soil available from Mother Earth: Our Fresh Daily Harvested Mushrooms!

As I am about to offer to the consumer world our healthiest gift Mother Nature is giving us, Fresh Daily Harvested Mushrooms, I would like to reflect on the journey I’ve had and the honor of sharing this with you, as well as the incredible promise I made to the memory of my Grandpa that this represents to me.
Though we live in a food world of complexity, filled with traps and misleading food labels to say the least, never like today must consumers be well educated, more than ever before when it comes to shopping in any supermarket due to the counterfeit methods of selling fake food products. Sadly, our FDA is either not capable of controlling properly or is turning the other way on purpose, confirming one more time that in the industrialized world, money and the economy are more important than your health.
Based on statistics, 87% of the food labels today are either fake, misleading, copied, trademark counterfeited, and bad for your health, but they don’t tell you. Indeed, the competition food war is now alive more than ever and will get worse year after year.
The good news is our mushrooms are 100% natural, and my mission here is to pledge to you as a consumer to provide only the most natural food product Mother Nature is offering us, Our Daily Harvested Mushrooms.
I encourage you to always be very vigilant, stay well educated, and always rise above the crowd when it comes to buying food. After all, it is your health, it is your body on the line, so the choice is yours. Remember, cheap food does not exist today or at any time; if you find food that is cheap or below the market price, be cautious.
Just to give you one tangible example: If you like to buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil today, it does not matter which brand or which country it comes from. If it is less than $10 per liter, 90% chance this oil is either fake or counterfeited, or there is a catch somewhere. Do not buy it.
My Final Note: I would like to thank the entire consumer world for the opportunity to send my message across.
