Stella Mushrooms Farm was born 2 generations ago with few broken tools the Odato’s Dynasty progenitor in a remote small town in South Italy start playing in the field by growing small basic mushrooms from old discarded logs, the idea and the dream were huge, but the financials and other technology were inexistent those days…., therefore while the dream never died, the desire never ended and although Grand pa’s dream were never put it in practice, but he was able to inspire his grandson Danny Odato who with the newly modernized mentality and with his multipotentiality and entrepreneurship talent together with his creativity using his liberal idea and the newly advanced technology available, he was able to bring his Grand Father dream to life in the US in the early 70’s !!
